Do you do incalls or have a spa I can visit for a yoni tantric massage?

• We do not currently operate with an incall location. We specialise in bringing the Spa experience to you. It is very important to us, that you are fully relaxed and in a calm state of mind to fully enjoy this earth shattering experience. We feel this works better in an environment of your choosing - a place you feel safe and comfortable. So all you have to do is, pick up the phone or send us an email, and we'll do the rest. We will send you the experience of a lifetime.

How safe and discrete are you?

• All our Tantric massage therapists are CRB checked. Every precaution is is taken to ensure your safety. Discretion is of paramount importance to us. Our staff are impeccably dressed at all times and will not attract undue attention to themselves when visiting clients. After the completion of your booking, your details will be deleted and you will not be contacted by us, unless you request it or sign up to our newsletter.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

• Yes we accept credit card payments online only, and PayPal payments - we do not accept payments by telephone. For your discretion and privacy, we also accept cash payments at the time of your appointment. Your payment will show up as 'massage services'.

Do I have to be naked during the massage?

• No. The choice is yours. You can choose to be partially clothed or naked, and have your masseuse/masseur partially clothed or naked - You decide. You can always change your mind anytime during the massage.

May I touch my masseuse/masseur during the Tantric massage?

• Part of the pleasure of receiving this massage is that you remain in a passive state throughout. If however you book our Chic to Chic massage, and there is a connection between you and your therapist - and you wish to take it further, the choice is yours, and the possibility exists. This service is designed to give you complete pleasure. You set the boundaries, you make the rules, you are in complete control.

Are your staff tested for any STI's?

• Yes, all of our staff are tested on a bi-monthly basis. They are required to carry proof of their test results to every appointment they attend. We test for: Chlamydia - Gonorrhoea - HIV - Syphilis - Hepatitis B - Hepatitis C.

Do your staff use protection?

• Yes, we require all our staff to use protection at all times - this is mandatory. We value the safety of our customers and staff at all times.

How much notice do you require?

• If you are booking within Central London, we aim to have a masseuse/masseur to you within 3 hours, if you so require a last minute appointment. But demand is high, so booking well in advance is strongly recommended. We would always recommend 24 hours notice.

Can I cancel a booking if I change my mind?

• Yes. You can cancel your booking up to 3 hours before your reservation time, without incurring a fee. However once a masseuse/masseur has been dispatched to you, a £160 fee will apply, and be payable on arrival.

Is my deposit refundable?

• Your deposit is non refundable. In some cases, if we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, your refund will be refunded in full. By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non refundable.

Am I obliged to tip my masseuse/masseur?

• No - our prices are all inclusive. The price shown is the price you'll pay. But if you feel you have received an impeccable service, and you want to express your appreciation by way of a tip. Then i'm sure it would be very much appreciated and well received.
